This soy sauce is the base of Yuasa Soy Sauce.
Made by the brewer using an old-fashioned method, it is an excellent product with a superb taste and aroma that we are very proud of.
It is not as thick as tamari soy sauce and has a clean taste and rich aroma.
It is full of flavor as it is pressed from the cedar barrels.
For sushi, boiled and simmered fish. It is suitable for all kinds of dishes.
